What is JeniFit?
JeniFit is a weight-care app for iOS, built for women losing weight now, on a GLP-1, or after the shot. It gives you a daily plan, log meals by photo, simple movement and steps, breath, weight trends, and a form check on your plank, so the habits that hold your results are doable whether or not you're on medication. JeniFit runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Plank check-ins use Apple's Vision framework, which works best on iPhone XS and newer.Do I need an account to start?
No. You can complete onboarding and start working out anonymously. Your data syncs to a device-scoped anonymous identity. If you want to keep your data across devices or reinstall the app, sign in with Apple or email from Settings → Account.

Is JeniFit for people on Ozempic or other GLP-1s?
Yes. JeniFit is built to support women during and after a GLP-1 by helping you keep the habits that hold the result, enough protein, daily movement, sleep, and steady food routines, so when the medication's role changes, your progress doesn't unravel. No. JeniFit is built for three moments, losing weight now, on the shot, or after it. The daily habit foundation is the same whether or not you take medication, so you can start on your own and it still fits if you ever go on a GLP-1.Does JeniFit prescribe, sell, or manage medication?
No. JeniFit is not a medical provider and does not prescribe, sell, or adjust any medication. It's a wellness app for building habits and tracking your trends; any decision about a GLP-1, starting, dosing, or tapering, is between you and your doctor.What is the free 3-day kickstart?

Plank & camera
How does the plank form check work?
During a plank check-in, your iPhone's camera streams frames to Apple's Vision framework, which detects body pose on-device in real time. JeniFit reads that pose to score your form and call out faults like hip sag or pike. Frames are never recorded, saved, or uploaded.Is my camera footage stored or uploaded?
No. Camera frames are processed in memory only. Nothing is written to your photo library, the app's storage, or our servers.The camera won’t detect me, what should I check?
Prop your phone so the whole body is in frame from the side, give yourself good lighting, and avoid busy backgrounds. If detection still fails, go to iOS Settings → JeniFit → Camera and confirm access is enabled.
Workouts
How are my workouts chosen?
We pick exercises based on your body focus, workout style, location (home or gym), session length, and current difficulty tier. The tier auto-adjusts as you complete sessions and rate them.Can I change my session length or focus later?
Yes. Open Settings → Edit Profile to adjust your name, body focus, workout style, location, and session length. Changes apply to your next generated workout.How do I log my weight?
Tap the becoming tab and add an entry. You can edit or delete past entries from the same screen. The trend chart and BMI estimate update right away.
Subscription & billing
What does the subscription unlock?
Premium unlocks the full daily workout plan, plank check-ins beyond the free quota, advanced trend insights, and voice coaching options. Pricing is shown in-app before you commit.How does the free trial work?
If you start a free trial, you get full premium access for the trial window. You can cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. We send a local reminder 24 hours before the trial ends. If you don't cancel, your Apple ID is charged and the subscription begins.How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → JeniFit. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep premium access until the current period ends.I was charged but premium isn’t active.
Open Settings → Account → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't resolve it, email support@jenifit.app with your Apple ID email and the approximate purchase date so we can look it up in RevenueCat.Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not us. Submit a request via reportaproblem.apple.com. See Apple's refund policy for details.
Account & data
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes every row of yours from Supabase and clears the local store on your device. There is no soft-delete, the data is unrecoverable.Can I export my data?
Yes. Email support@jenifit.app from the address linked to your account and we'll generate a JSON dump of your synced rows.I reinstalled the app and my history is gone.
If you used JeniFit anonymously, your data lived under a device-scoped identity that was cleared with the app. To prevent this in the future, sign in with Apple or email from Settings → Account. If you were already signed in, sign in again with the same method and your synced rows will return.
Notifications & voice
How do I change my daily reminder time?
Settings → Reminders. You can adjust the time, change the voice, or turn reminders off. Reminders are scheduled locally by iOS; nothing is pushed from our servers.I’m not getting notifications.
Check iOS Settings → Notifications → JeniFit and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Also confirm Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't silencing the app at your reminder time.
Privacy
What data do you collect?
Profile inputs (name, body focus, height, etc.), weight logs, session results, and the meal photos you choose to log. We use PostHog for first-party product analytics, which never carries your health, weight, or lifestyle data. No advertising SDKs, no data brokers, no cross-app tracking identifiers.
